We have two options for our newest Petit Verdot blend, Tal Padre. The full name of the wine is "Tal Padre, Tal Figlio", which, in Italian, means "Like Father, Like Son". The first photo (old school one) is Ezio & Ron Donati. The second is Ron & Matt Donati. (Polaroid Style)

Let me hear your opinion! Option #1

Option #2

Just leave a comment below, it's as easy as saying 1 or 2. You don't have to give me a reason... but if you have the time, I'd love to hear it! :)

I like them both but IMHO #1 has more romance because it is old skool

Option #1 - Sorry Matt

I suppose I like number 1 best. It's just so classic - like Donati wine. But, it's not really fair having to choose!

hahaha, you're hilarious, Denise! how's the Ezio? When are you coming out to visit us again?! How about May? or maybe July for the Donati Family Reunion? you just have to!

I know it's not easy, Ken, why do you think I am asking for everyone's help! ;)
you missed a great two year anniversary party... when are YOU coming to see ME!?

#1 for me. As others mentioned, #1 is more of a classic/old school picture. Now if you could get a rustic type Black & White of Ron & Matt that might be cool for a FP (Future Project).

Hi Brandy thanks for including us in this discussion; very cool. I looked up Petit Verdot and my book says that this varietal is rich in character, long-lived and tannic. #1 seems like a better fit too me. Thanks, dominic

awesome job on the research, Dom! I can't wait to introduce you to the Tal Padre. Knowing your tastes, I think it's gonna be a favorite for you two, especially Laura! Can't wait to have a party at your place... I happen to know that Ian might bring up some Tal Padre for you to try at your Donati Direct party ;)

I like the second one. The color will be a nice addition.

Hey B,
Both are great shots, I leaned toward #1. I know its an old pic, can it be cleaned up a tad(photoshop or ?) and still maintain it's old photo charm and warmth? Of course, actual label size surely presents better than my computer screen!
