Dear Mr Baron,
Would you pair this with Chardonnay or Pinot Blanc? I find the 2007 Pinot Blanc has very creamy, if not nutty, nuances to it. Do you think it would mirror the delicate balance between banana and chicken? Of course, the Chardonnay has such outstanding tropical notes I cant help but wonder if it would enhance the lemon juice? Please give me your best banana advice!
