with our previous batches made, and a little tweeking, we are now set to make 20 more gallons of our home made wine. we are gonna go with all grapes this time from our near by farm nehbors and probably mix a batch. dont get me wrong, although high in octaine (20 and 22%) and a little harsh, the apple was a favorite among fammily at the dinner table, and the honey was the same among freinds (at partys haha). the poping of the corks added to the fun with the honey. didnt mean for it to be carbonated haha. im excited to see the out come of our new batch when we start soon and cant wait to see what freinds and fammily say. got new and improved fermenting vessels thats gonna cut down our time with racking and a better way to filter. glad that my fammily in the cheese state showed me the way to makeing homeade wine!
