with the wild grape made and almost gone, weve had requests to make more! so the order for 20 more gallons to be made will come later after my recovery (hip surgury) and when warmer weather comes to. altho this time i hope to make it less sweet as the last batch was close to a zin/resling depending who tastes it.and with the new filtering and clearafing agents i have high hopes for the future batch. weve also come across some blueberry consintrate with witch ill mix 50/50 with real blueberrys to make 5 gal of blueberry wine to give it a go. a recent trip to washington state inspired the idea to go with more berry type wine, but i cant help but strive to perfect and tweak my current grape recipies
